ZEC – Training Courses and Events for Members
ZEC members can obtain information and further their knowledge and skills by participating in regular training courses.
The training courses and events held by the Zurich Excellence Club aim to enhance participants’ knowledge about current offers and highlights in Zurich and thus strengthen their guest service skills. All events include an apéro, which provides an ideal opportunity to exchange ideas with industry colleagues and get to know new locations in the city.
On completing the introductory course, participants officially become club members and are free to register for all other ZEC training courses.
