E-Grand Tour: the world’s first road trip for electric vehicles
The Grand Tour of Switzerland is an exciting road trip for electric vehicles, too – for the entire 1,600 km (1,000 mile) route can also be covered by electric vehicles, thanks to an extensive network of 200 charging stations. These charging stations are marked with the “Grand Tour of Switzerland” logo. This makes it the world’s first marked tourist route that is equipped for electric vehicles. En route, electric vehicle drivers and passengers can take in five Alpine passes, 22 lakes, 12 UNESCO World Heritage sites, and countless cultural highlights.
