What to Do in Zurich in Fall

Often, the daytime temperatures in September are still pleasantly warm. That presents a perfect opportunity to take a walk up to Waid or to the top of the Uetliberg. Both locations offer spectacular sunsets over the city in fine weather.

In the city, the museums, the Zurich Film Festival, and other cultural events commence their new season. Anyone embarking on a hike in the region can, with a bit of luck,  gather some mushrooms.
