Taucherli Chocolate Pralines
The chocolate pralines made by the small manufacturer, Taucherli, make every chocolate lover’s mouth water.
The Taucherli – a word derived from the German verb to dip or dive – is named for the coot. This native water bird is referred to by Zurich’s locals as a “Taucherli”, as it frequently dips and dives under the surface of the water.
The company, Taucherli, produces delicious pralines on a stick, which can be dipped into a cup of hot milk. This causes the chocolate to melt, releasing a bouquet of aromas that give rise to a feeling of pure happiness.
The manufacturer also produces other chocolate specialties, of which the Petazeta chocolate bar should on all accounts be sampled. It tastes of childhood and laughter – and is absolutely irresistible.
