Food Event: Short Tour
On this short tour of discovery through the former production facility of a large bakery, participants can learn about innovations in the food industry.
Start-ups and creative minds from the food, gastronomy, art, and culture sectors have taken up residence on the site of a former bakery. Whether fairly produced chocolate or snacks and drinks made with hemp: during a short discovery tour, participants can get to know exciting local producers and try their products.
The professional kitchen is located in a former bakery in the Zürich Binz quarter and can also be rented for private events.
