Baracca Zermatt
Whether a company event or a family celebration: this original Zermatt mountain hut enchants guests with its rustic, cozy ambiance.
The Baracca Zermatt is an original, rustic-style postal hut from Zermatt dating from the 1950s. The interior was designed by Zermatt artist Heinz Julen, who excels in blending the magic of Zermatt and the passion and sensuality of his works of art to create a spatial urban experience.
The Baracca Zermatt treats its guests to authentic Valais menus, such as alpine antipasti, flavorsome dried meats, and steaming cheese fondues made with the unique “Whymperstube” mixture, and in summer with specialties from the barbecue and other mouthwatering delicacies.
