Landolt Winery
The Landolt family has specialized in viticulture over six generations and cultivates some of the most beautiful vineyards in the city.
The Weingut Landolt was founded in 1834 and has remained in the family’s possession to this day. Nowadays, Landolt is the largest winegrower in the city and cultivates almost 6 hectares of Zurich grapevines. This also includes the vineyards next to the main building of FIFA and the vineyard in the Enge quarter, where the well-known Zurich author, Gottfried Keller, once lived and also wrote his book, “Green Henry”. At these and other vineyards in the Zurich Weinland region, Landolt grows 10 different varieties of grape, which are used to create 30 wonderful Landolt wines.
Besides its own wines, Landolt also sells first-class wines in all price categories, which can be tasted and purchased at the Landolt Vinotheque.
