The restaurant serves vegetarian and vegan culinary creations. Chef Fine Dining Heiko Nieder and his team draw their inspiration for the dishes from the colors and aromas of the hotel’s own garden. And for the ingredients that they cannot grow themselves, they source top-quality products from local partners.
With capacity for 36 guests, blooms offers a private ambiance, creating an exclusive and peaceful retreat. The restaurant can be reached by streetcar and the Dolderbahn funicular – for example, from Zurich Main Station – and is open from April to October from 6 pm when the weather is fine.
