In Zurich’s District 3, Restaurant Kle is setting new standards for vegan dining. Headed up by Zineb “Zizi” Hattab, a former engineer with experience in prestigious restaurants around the world, the kitchen serves up plant-based dishes with Moroccan and Mexican influences. The cooking is modern, creative, and based on local, sustainably produced ingredients.
The Kle has been awarded one Michelin star as well as the Michelin Green Star for sustainability. Guests can enjoy a surprise menu with four to six courses, all paired with biodynamic wines. The cosy atmosphere and welcoming service make the Kle a wonderful place for anyone who enjoys innovative plant-based cooking.
