Directly in front of the Schlachthof –or municipal slaughterhouse – the restaurant of the same name welcomes its guests in a renovated historic building. Here, traditional Swiss cuisine is reinterpreted using regional, local, and seasonal produce. And even if the name suggests otherwise, the Restaurant Schlachthof Letzigrund also offers plant-based dishes that invite guests to discover and enjoy a range of classic dishes in all their various facets.
Whether for a leisurely lunch or a festive celebration with up to 90 guests, here visitors are treated to an authentic and enjoyable experience.
