There are a variety of options that allow you to switch off and chill out. The 36°C (97°F) warm water in the iodine-brine thermal bath is the perfect place to relax. A visit to the steam bath helps to strengthen your immune system and also do something good for your health. A sauna visit is not only a treat for the body, but also for the mind and soul. And besides a Finnish sauna, there is a bio sauna, which is a combination of a Finnish sauna and a steam bath. With both the steam baths and the saunas, one is mixed and one is reserved exclusively for women. Rounding off the wellness offers are various massages and body treatments.
