Eating Outside in the Open Air
Whether directly on Lake Zurich, with a spectacular panoramic view, or in the heart of the city – these are Zurich’s most beautiful garden restaurants.
In fine weather, many of Zurich’s restaurants and bars invite guests to relax and indulge themselves on their garden terraces. Particularly popular are the terraces directly by the lake, where fish specialties are often served. Fantastic views can be enjoyed from the top of the Uetliberg or from the Waid restaurant. The locals, meanwhile, are mostly to be found in simpler establishments in the urban quarters, which are ideal places to meet with friends and enjoy a drink or small snack.
