Apéro Workshop
Cocktail and hors d´oeuvres course: during the Apéro Workshop, the professionals show how to make delicious drinks and mouthwatering appetizers.
This apéro is not about stiffly standing around sipping drinks: under the guidance of a professional bartender, the cocktail fraction mixes delicious drinks while the rest of the group prepare mouthwatering appetizers in the kitchen. As they do so, the professionals pass on tips and tricks relating to their handicraft.
One by one, the culinary creations are completed, and then served and enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere.
