The Konditorei Confiserie Caredda on Josefstrasse is cult. The café with its own bakery produces Italian pastries every day, which guests can either enjoy with an aromatic coffee or take out to eat at home.

The specialty of the house is the creation of stunning, sumptuous wedding cakes – examples of which can be admired in the confectioner’s store window.

While the café also offers lunchtime menus, the confectionery is an insider’s tip particularly in summer, when the homemade gelati delight ice cream lovers of all ages. They are made exclusively without the use of preservatives or ready-made powder. In addition, all the fruit ice cream flavors – except for coconut – are vegan. The finest of ingredients, such as vanilla pods from Madagascar or pistachios from Sicily, provide the ultimate taste experience.
