The Spice Lab
Immerse yourself into the world of spices and create your own mixture to take home.
What is sumac? What is the difference between cassia and cinnamon? How are spices prepared? And how are they stored? What spices go in a mix? These and many other questions are answered in the Spice Lab.
In a team effort, the participants learn how to create their own spice blend according to their own liking. They can then taste their own creations during the small aperitif at the end.
As well as their own blends, the participants receive the booklet “Spice Mixology” with useful information about spice blends.
